I remember wanting this toy. A secret weapon that no one will ever know you have! Because it's "flesh" colored... too bad if you don't have "flesh colored" skin.

Sometime in the mid 1970's, Yvonne Elliman performs the great Blind Faith tune on a TV show called "Whistle Stop." A beautiful song, a beautiful voice, a great interpretation.

The Philharmonicas: "Powerhouse" (1939)
These musicians are crazy talented. You've heard this tune, written by Raymond Scott, in lots of Warner Bros and other cartoons (be sure to listen past 1:09). Footnote: Scott sued Disney and James Horner for stealing this music for "Honey I Shrunk The Kids"; they settled out of court.

Harvey Cartoons Candy Cabaret (1954)
Back in the old days before the 1970s, they used to show cartoons before movies. Sometimes the cartoons were "sing-a-long" types, and this is one fun example. Yes, people actually used to sing together in the theatre. "Just follow the bouncing ball..." The sing-a-long part starts at around 3:30.

The Plot Sickens (1961)
A Modern Madcap cartoon, directed by Seymour Kneitel, written by Irv Spector. I don't think you'll see this on NickToons anytime soon... it's about a man who tries and fails to kill his wife, but he does poison an elephant and kill an alligator. Morbid and creepy.

You too can be a videogame, um, worker!
This commercial is so pathetic. Tighten up the graphics? What does that mean? What do they teach you at this place? And why can't they do business in Texas or Massachusetts... were they banned from those states first and now are hitting the other 48?

60's era Braniff commercial
This is how they used to sell airline tickets?! Amazing... no way this would fly today, that's for sure. Yes, I said "fly".
